Soon you’ll find everything here about my movement and kids’ yoga classes: playful, calm moments where children get to know their bodies, unwind and enjoy moving.

What I offer:

• Classes for daycare centres, from baby groups to toddler groups

• Weekly classes at primary schools for groep 3 to 6

• Parent & child yoga on Friday mornings, 9:00–9:30
