About Yinfluence
Because yoga really is for everyone.
There is a yoga teacher for all of us. You only have to find yours.
Once you’ve found a teacher that resonates, your consistent practice it will arise naturally.
There is no need to have a certain body type, be flexible, to have a special mat or fancy outfit.
The only requirement is consistency.
My style of teaching is mindful, breath focused and playful.
We will not be taking anything (other than safety!) too serious.
Together we will explore the asana through which we will create awareness within our bodies and go beyond the limitations of the mind.
I mainly teach yin yoga.
A slow form of yoga that works on the softer, deeper tissues of the body.
A often called challenging form of yoga, as the poses will be held for longer periods of time ranging from 3 to 5 minutes. I also teach flow and vinyasa yoga.

Recently I've been specialising in yoga classes for children.
As a Mother of 3, I know how receptive children are to their environment and the information they’re receiving.
In all my classes I aim to provide valuable life lessons.
Making children aware that they can be themselves, that they are allowed to make mistakes, that we should take care of each other and our planet, and that life is to be travelled together, not alone. Positively stimulating children to always believe in themselves, that what they are is enough and to remain playful in life.
