Standing on hands and knees, walk your hands forward as you make sure that your hips stay right above the knees. Allow your chest to drop toward the floor.

Contra indications / modifications and prop use
Shoulders issues: try to turn the elbows out to the sides and bring the hands closer towards the head or place your hands wider apart. Place a bolster underneath the chest.
Knee issues: place a folded blanket underneath the knees to avoid any sharp pains.
Neck issues: Place a blanket, bolster or your hands underneath your forehead to keep the neck neutral.
